Our Broton technician easily identified the garage problem and fixed it with strong bolts. He tightened all of the bolts in the problem garage door and our other garage door too. I highly recommend Broton for any of your garage door problems!

I have been a long time customer of Broten Garage Door and keep calling them back yearly for an annual garage door inspection and maintenance. I request Technician Ronald every time because he is extremely knowledgeable, professional and dependable. I know that I can feel safe and secure after Ronald has completed the maintenance and service repairs, when needed, on my garage door which is important to me due to frequent daily use. I highly recommend Broten Garage Door for outstanding service every time.

Broten has been my go to garage door company for years as I originally found their sticker on my garage door when I bought the house. I called yesterday to set up a service call for my golf cart garage as it was not opening even though there was power going to the sensors, opener and light. The girl on the phone was so pleasant and I honestly was shocked when she said she could send someone out tomorrow (as in today) Like most service calls I figured it would be at least a week or two out. They emailed me soon after to let me know that my service appt window was from 1p-4p today but they would call on their way. Imagine my surprise again when I get a call today at 11:30a to say the tech will be here in 20 mins- yay! (A full hour before the scheduled window) I immediately recognized the worker Magabe who they sent last time when I needed a new garage door opener for our double garage door. He is so kind, professional and took the time to explain step by step what needed to be done. After the install was complete, he helped me set up and add this new opener on the App and programmed the clickers as well. He was in and out in less than 2 hours and the price was reasonable as everything and I mean everything is brand new and included (sensors, main bar, opener, electrical cords/plugs, labor) I told Magabe how much I dread having workers at the house and dealing with companies these days but I must say this company really takes their customer service to the next level and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Do not hesitate to call Broten for all your garage door needs, you will be surprised by their efficiency and quality of service. Thank you!
